Bob Tuttle, President and CEO
Bob has over 20 years of experience in developing high growth technology companies, and is an expert in technology and software solutions for the retail industry. Bob was General Manager of Escalate Retail, where he was responsible for worldwide field operations. Prior to Escalate, Bob was VP Field Operations for Retek, a global provider of enterprise software for the retail industry. Bob has also worked with IBM, PeopleSoft, and Lawson Software. . Mr. Tuttle graduated from the University of Minnesota, where he earned a B.A. in business administration.

Dan Kennedy, Chief Visionary Officer and CTO
Kennedy has built a career out of turning big ideas into successful companies. Over the past 13 years, Kennedy has been the entrepreneurial force behind four companies, raising over $100 million dollars in venture funding. Most notably, he co-founded SalesLogix, one of the most widely used sales-force automation software offerings on the market. Kennedy founded Vcommerce in 1997, creating the outsourced commerce market space. Kennedy's vision and execution led its platform development, market positioning and strategy. In 2001, he moved on to form a business incubator. His guidance helped companies in a wide range of industries take root and grow into multi-million dollar enterprises. In mid-2003, Kennedy rejoined Vcommerce and now serves as President and CTO. He has refocused the company on an annuity-based model; brought on a solid management team; and delivered a comprehensive, Web-based solution for capturing, sourcing and managing orders across complex, multi-channel environments. Kennedy studied computer engineering and music theory at Syracuse University.

Thomas Cowan
Thomas Cowan has been a Director of Vcommerce since February 2006. He previously served as CEO of Vcommerce in the summer of 2007, as well as President and Chairman of Vcommerce from March 2000 to December 2001. He is concurrently the President & CEO of VECKER Corporation based in Austin, Texas. VECKER works with CEO’s and their teams around the world to build companies. They do this by building organizational capability, scalability and value using the VECKER Architecture© along with a set of proprietary VECKER Tools©. For over 20 years Mr. Cowan has worked in the technology industry for both large and small companies, public and private alike. His experience involves building companies of all sizes – from OutlookSoft (approx. $100M), to Tivoli Systems ($100-500M), to the Communications and Media Sector of IBM (over $1B). Prior to VECKER, Mr. Cowan served as Chairman, President and CEO of OutlookSoft Corporation. There he built OutlookSoft into a significant competitor in the business performance management marketplace and led the company through revenue growth of ten times during his three year tenure as CEO. OutlookSoft was acquired by SAP in the 2nd quarter of 2007. He has built and re-built a number of organizations – from restructuring Vcommerce (an e-commerce startup company based in Scottsdale Arizona) to downsizing IBM’s development site in Southbury Connecticut. During IBM’s acquisition of Tivoli Systems, Mr. Cowan served as the senior IBM executive responsible for transitioning Tivoli from an independent public company to a subsidiary of IBM. During the early phase of Lou Gerstner and Jerry York’s leadership of IBM, Mr. Cowan led the redesign and implementation of delegated pricing for all IBM’s hardware, software and services products worldwide. Mr. Cowan has served as Chairman of the Board of Visitors of Wake Forest University’s Graduate School of Management and as Director and Secretary of Cormont Inc., an arts related non-profit organization. He has also served on the boards of SMTC Corporation (a public technology manufacturer based in Canada), RMS (a private media company based in South Florida), OBT (a private technology company based in New York) Vcommerce, OutlookSoft, Tivoli Systems, PGA.com and NHL.com. He holds a BA from Wake Forest University in Economics and Philosophy and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Michael D. Zisman, Managing Director, Internet Capital Group
Mike functions as a managing director at Internet Capital Group (ICG) and is a member of the ICG Board of Directors. Before retiring from IBM in 2004, Mike was vice president of corporate strategy and focused on IBM's On Demand strategy. Previous to this position, he was General Manager of Storage Software for the IBM Storage Systems Group. This position followed his post as Vice President of Emerging Business Development, reporting to the IBM Vice Chairman. Mike was also in the IBM Software Group and led IBM's entry into the knowledge management market and distributed learning market. Prior to that, Mike served as CEO of Lotus Development Corporation, shortly after Lotus was acquired by IBM. During his tenure at IBM, Mike served on the IBM Worldwide Management Council and the IBM Corporate Technology Council. Before joining IBM, Mike was Senior Vice President of the Lotus Communications Products Group. He joined Lotus in 1994 after the Company's acquisition of Soft-Switch, Inc., a software firm that he founded in 1979 and headed until that acquisition. Prior to founding Soft-Switch, he was a member of the faculty at the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He is a trustee of Lehigh University, a member of the Philadelphia Orchestra Board of Directors, a member of the Main Line Health Board of Governors, an overseer of the Penn School of Engineering and Applied Science, and member of the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Lehigh. He also serves on the Boards of a number of ICG partner companies, including ICG Commerce, Internet Capital Group (ICGE), Metastorm and Investor Force. Zisman’s education includes Lehigh University, BS, chemical engineering; University of Pennsylvania, MS, systems engineering and PhD, decision sciences.

Mike Fong, CEO, Co-Founder and Chairman, Calence, LLC
Fong is responsible for the growth and direction of Calence, and he also chairs the Calence Board of Directors. Fong co-founded Calence, Inc. in 1993 and oversaw its November 2005 combination with Avnet Enterprise Solutions, a division of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE:AVT). The resulting new company, Calence, LLC, is headquartered in Arizona and combines the employees and resources of both companies, making it one of the largest solution providers in the U.S. focused solely on networking solutions. Fong has spent his entire career in the IT and networking industry, working both domestically and internationally with Fortune 50 companies, major financial institutions, and large technology organizations. Fong is a recipient of the Ed Denison Business Leader of the Year award for the State of Arizona, is extensively involved in the community in a variety of civic organizations and he co-chairs Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano's Council on Innovation and Technology. Prior to founding Calence in 1993, he served as a consultant for a large systems integrator and Big 8 accounting firm. He graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University with a BA in Electrical Engineering.

Vince Menichelli
Vince is vice president of operations at Internet Capital Group and has been with the Company since May 2000. Vince focuses primarily on overseeing ICG's investments, providing strategic and financial guidance to ICG's partner companies, and evaluating new acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining ICG, Vince spent nine years with Arthur Andersen LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager in the technology practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. In these roles, Vince provided management consulting services including financial analysis, market research, merger and acquisition transaction support, due diligence and business valuation as well as audit and accounting services across a broad range of industries. In addition, he worked with clients on numerous venture capital investments, acquisitions, initial public offerings and company sales. Vince is a CPA and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and holds and M.B.A from Lehigh University and a B.S in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.
