Bob Tuttle, President and CEO
Bob has over 20 years of experience in developing high growth technology companies, and is an expert in technology and
software solutions for the retail industry. Bob was General Manager of Escalate Retail, where he was responsible for
worldwide field operations. Prior to Escalate, Bob was VP Field Operations for Retek, a global provider of enterprise
software for the retail industry. Bob has also worked with IBM, PeopleSoft, and Lawson Software. Mr. Tuttle graduated
from the University of Minnesota, where he earned a B.A. in business administration.
Alan Littman, SVP Sales, Chief Marketing Officer
Alan joined Vcommerce in 2008. He has 17 years of experience in retail software solutions and direct retail operations.
Mr. Littman most recently managed global business development for Oracle's Retail Division. At Oracle Corporation, Mr.
Littman devised and developed an innovative approach to business development leveraging Web 2.0 and social media. Mr.
Littman has served as SVP and General Merchandise Manager for Jebar Enterprises, an apparel and footwear retailer. Mr.
Littman also served as VP of mid-market Sales and Marketing for Retek, a retail leading application software company
purchased by Oracle. Mr. Littman also previously held positions with JDA Software. Alan graduated from the University
of Pittsburgh where he earned a B.A. in Economics and English.
Lilian Caldeira, Senior Vice President, Consulting Services
Lilian joined Vcommerce in 2008 to manage the consulting services group which delivers client solutions and client
operations support. She is a driving force behind Vcommerce's focus remaining a customer-centric organization, using
an approach that involves developing operational systems which help ensure customer satisfaction and staffing the
systems with professionals who are committed to the highest level of performance.
Prior to Vcommerce, Lilian worked in various sectors of the eCommerce industry in management positions at such
companies as Fry, Escalate Retail and Yantra. She holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from the California
State University.
Myra Deuel, Vice President of Product Management
Myra brings to Vcommerce over 20 years of experience in retail/multi-channel software solutions and direct retail
operations. She most recently served as Global Director, Solution Management with SAP's Retail Division. Her career
has been focused on the retail customer and how companies can improve their branding and operations through tools and
processes focused on end-customer satisfaction and growth.
Robert Samuels, Vice President, Field Operations
Mr. Samuels joined Vcommerce in 2008 with more than 20 years of retail and information systems experience combined
with 10 years in supply chain, warehouse operations and warehouse management systems. Most recently Robert was a
Director at Oracle Retail. Previous to that position he had served within Oracle Retail's Global Business unit in
roles including Pre-Sales, Sales, Professional Services and Product Strategy. Robert's main responsibility at Oracle
was to build our their value based selling tools and methodology. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Samuels held various roles at
JDA and Retek. He holds a B.B.A in Computer Systems from the University of Toledo.
Gary O'Donnell, Vice President of Development
Gary O'Donnell has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, and specializes in the architecture and
development of enterprise-scale software. He is responsible for all new product development, architecture and design
of the company’s high performance eCommerce platform. Prior to Vcommerce, Gary was a Director of New Product
Development at JDA Software Corporation, a market-leading retail software and consulting company. Prior to JDA, Gary
worked for TopSpeed Corporation, a software company specializing in complier and Rapid Application Development
Technologies. Gary was educated in the U.K., and obtained the highest grade in Computer Science, Mathematics, and
Physics, from the Oxford and Cambridge Schools Examinations Board.
