SCOTTSDALE, AZ - June 16, 2006 -
Vcommerce Corporation, the market leader in on-demand e-commerce and fulfillment solutions, today announced the appointment of Randy Buness as the company's Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Buness has over twenty-five years of experience in senior financial executive roles in high-growth, small market-cap public and private technology companies, including expertise in venture capital, public stock offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He will lead all finance and administration functions for the company.

Prior to joining Vcommerce, Mr. Buness was CFO for I.C.E., Inc., based in Phoenix, AZ, a company that provides hosted e-commerce and call center fulfillment services for the travel and leisure industry. He is a CPA licensed in Arizona and has held CFO positions at various private and public technology companies listed on the three major exchanges, including Primarion, Inc., Cerprobe Corporation, Three-Five Systems, Inc. and United Medical Network. He spent ten years in public accounting with the Big 4 firms Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Buness graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University, where he earned a B.A. in business administration and accounting. He holds an M.B.A. in international finance from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.
