Experienced Sales Leaders Open Offices to Serve Central and Southeast Regions
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ., September 21, 2004-- Vcommerce Corporation, the leading provider of multi-channel retail solutions, today announced that it has opened two new sales offices in the Central and Southeast regions, to be managed by Harold Conner and Matt Gault, respectively. Conner and Gault have proven success in delivering solutions to major retailers and manufacturers, and have already contributed to the company's rapidly expanding pipeline.

Conner brings to Vcommerce more than 19 years of experience selling software and consulting services to the retail and financial services industries. Prior to joining Vcommerce, Conner was with Boulder Group Enterprises, a consulting firm, where he rapidly increased the sales performance of Interelate, an E.piphany ASP and services company. Before Boulder Group, Conner was a successful sales manager for Protagona Worldwide Inc., an enterprise marketing optimization software and services company, which was acquired by DoubleClick Inc. in 2002. Conner started his career at Quadstone LTD and Harte-Hanks. He holds degrees in marketing from Louisiana Tech University.
Matt Gault has a record of top performance and proven ability to deliver outstanding results on marketing and sales initiatives. Gault joins Vcommerce from SAS Institute, where he successfully served as a marketing automation account executive. Prior to SAS, Gault was one of the first three sales executives at Protagona Worldwide to open the United States market. Previously, Gault was a national sales director for Paradigm Communications, Inc., a full service communications and fulfillment company, where he helped to develop strategies for new product introduction programs. He holds a degree in mass communications from LaSalle University.
